I know the chances of something happening where I live isn’t exactly high, I’m quite a while a way from Montgomery, but I’m in the middle of ****ing Alabama, not even 30 minutes away from Birmingham. FBI has warned that there could be armed and violent protests in capitols across the US. I think you’ll be fine, just don’t do any non essential trips, especially at night (which you should already be doing because of covid). I’m more worried about people who live in actual urban areas, especially those who live and work in capital cities.
