The House will pass it. The Senate probably won't remove him, but the important thing is that (from my understanding) a second Impeachment means he can never run for public office again. This will shut down the Trump supporters. Sure, they'll rant about how he was robbed for the years to come, but at least we'll be spared from the "Trump 2024" bullshit and that man's career will be buried. Plus he won't get any special protection or funding.
