I hope she doesn’t suffer major symptoms and I hope she gets better. It’s so infuriating that people can’t just wear a mask

This is so sad.

Teachers were asking similar questions when schools have gone to in person. How do you socially distance during an active shooter drill?

And for crying out loud, these people could have wore a mask for 30 minutes.

Yep, and there should be attempted murder charges if she survives

I think it should be manslaughter since murder wasn't necessarily an intended action but rather the result of neglect

Just like AIDS back in the 80's-90's or does that only apply because it was gay people being sent to jail.

There really shouldn't. Let's prosecute them on their actual crimes.

Like I said above. I don't think think outright murder would be appropriate. There was no intent or malice... If it were to happen it would be an accident rooted in neglect

However because it involves neglect knowing full well in a pandemic not taking precautions increases the risks of infections which can be deadly and u refuse to take those precautions even when specifically asked that would still make u responsible for the death even tho it wasn't the intent

That's why I think man slaughter would be appropriate
