There are still people who believe in norse mythology ("asatro" as we call them), and these garbage human beings are using elements of that religion as symbols of their hate. I've heard about people who genuinely believe in norse mythology and actually worship the norse gods, who are afraid to use symbols like Thors hammer (either as a necklace or tattoo etc.) because they're afraid to be mistakenly associated with alt-righters.
