I mean neither is "official" but since both are leading by good margins and still have mainly Democrat-friendly counties votes left, it's pretty much over. 

Also left to count are provisional ballots are still waiting to be counted, which went 2:1 for Democrats on Election night, and Military ballots are also waiting to be counted. Military ballots went for Biden by a good margin, but they *could* be favorable to Purdue/ Loeffler.
