In poor countries/underdeveloped there are many people older than this, but they don't have documents to prove their age. There were ex-slaves here in Brazil that lived over 120 and they wouldn't be counted because they didn't have documents to prove. Particularly I remember an interview with an ex-slave that said he missed the old times because he was a "breeder", so he missed his work empregnating (impregnating?) women.
