I know that I read that the week Chromatica was released, Gaga would've been number one even Chromatica was released only on vinyl, however it doesn't surprise me that she's not in the top ten overall vinyl sales for 2020. Also Back to Black being the third best selling LP in the UK fourteen years after its release speaks volumes about Amy's impact on the industry but that's another conversation for another day.

  Well, tons of artists do that nowadays so I don't think it's that big of a deal or pushed her to #1 (although I'm sure it helped the sales). I think it's more that dance pop/electro pop is bigger in the UK in general and gets played on the radios there more, too (see Kylie, Dua's #s in the UK vs. the US).
