Perfect Illusion by a long shot. Aura is an over-produced, clunky, song with dated production. PI, on the other hand, is an immaculate composition that thrusts the pain of a relationship built on pretense to the dance floor; one of the best songs Lady Gaga has ever created.

Not going to see Joanne disrespected on this forum yet again, least of all on the day that I received a Joanne poster :triggered:

I love PI but Mrs. Aura is an experimental MASTERPIECE

Nothing about Aura (or ARTPOP for that matter) is experimental. It's all rejected EDM scraps from the mid-2010s.

oh my god these are literally my two favorite gaga songs ever (before chromatica because it’s too early to decide yet)

Sneaky Oliver

I love both and I’d say both of them are on my top 10 of best Gaga songs ever but Aura chorus alone destroys the poor PI. It’s such a genius transcendental melody :nooo:

Aura is peak Gaga. Only her could have done such a song.

Perfect Illusion could have been done by someone else. But it is very underrated and I love it!
