Even when you look at a performance that was closest to Janet performing the stunt, she just isn't athletic enough to pull it off on her own like Britney...

As correctly pointed out, we don't know if Janet really did the hand-spring/flip in Nasty of in the Pleasure Principle, or if it was a body-double.

We just cannot see her face.  Even if she did do it in the video, which we still do not really know, why not do it live to silence critics, like Britney? (Britney was a trained gymnast who has also plenty of footage of her doing this as a child aside from as a recording artist, unlike Janet who was never a trained gymnast)

It is VERY disrespectful to call Britney Spears a white Janet Jackson when Janet Jackson was athletically incapable of performing this signature Britney move live.  Yes, Janet's choreographed  style influenced Britney among other songs, but a back-handspring is also a signature Britney move, which Janet is not confirmed to have been able to do herself.
