Folklore was very introspective, but Evermore is like stepping into another world with slightly more powerful imagery. Thomas P 18,479 Posted December 11, 2020 Share Posted December 11, 2020 I voted for evermore because I connected better on my first 3 listens with it than I did with folklore. folklore continued to grow on me exponentially throughout the year, so I feel this album may do that same. Evermore is pretty forgettable and I wish Taylor would’ve instead made one great album instead of one good but bloated album (folklore) and one decent album with a few standout tracks (evermore). But to be honest both album were forgettable on the first listen, I believed most of people actually need give second or third listen to any projects they're try. both of them being more decent after my second listen.
