Yes, but it’s probably part of the image composition in some way like it looks like a screenshot from a tweet featuring the Teenage Dream cover or even an Instagram story. I guess it’s just some odd Easter egg that may represent something and that I’m sure Gaga didn’t decide or even know about. Just another part to help the set up look even more complicated and technological. And this particular machine shows the cover art of what’s playing, and they’re listening to music while doing the photo shoot, which is common.
