I wouldn't generalize a couple of genres as Latin music, latin music is so diverse that you can't even count it :giggle:

Thank you so much! It's just reggaeton, even Shakira couldn't have success with a song if she sang in spanish, no matter how good the song was just a few years ago.

We don't see any brazilian singers, Anitta had one week in hot 100 with her song featuring Cardi B.

Did Maluma break into the hot100? What are the nationalities of these artists?

Also it's kind of weird calling "Latin music" when Bad Bunny is from Puerto Rico that is part of the USA.

I am authistic, so don't be offended if I make a mess sometimes.

The globalization of pop is inevitable and it really feels like we are seeing the future (or at least the beginning of it)

Puerto Rico might be USA territory, but it’s considered part of Latin America. Everything down to language and culture makes it a part of Latin America.
