The cardboard box is scraped in the corners and even in the picture in the center has a dent in the middle. Inside, the envelope with the small photo prints is bent in a corner. On the 12" vinyl, the corner is also bent. The 7" vinyl paper holder was bent 3+ times to fit inside the small cardboard encase it was in. It was sticking out too. Then I go to see that the live DVD and promo album aren't even inside the square insert at the bottom, they were sticking out. Mine is basically worth nothing because of how damaged it is :( if there is tracking, tell them it says it was delivered, but it never arrived to your front door. they will assume it was delivered to wrong address or lost in the mail. lol i know I'm so bad for thinking this. I want to keep it but I also want some of my money back, can someone please help? :( do you have pics on how badly the item was damaged? im sooo curious. did you have to open the boxset to see the damages? did the damaged cardboard box affect the damage inside or was it due to the lousy packing? im really sorry about that. i just wanted to know because mine hasnt arrived yet. do i need to open my box set to know the damages?
