I don't think the promo stickers on them are easily duplicated, so I think yes. The files were .wav format, but they were upscaled. Fake .wav format. You think a "real promo" would have upscaled files? A good deal on Poker Face AU is less than $40. A good deal on BTW USB is $50 or less, they really aren't worth $80-$100 the french promos are made from CDr's so they don't have a branding.
