Yeah, including shipping. I thought it was okay, since it was from the UK to the US, and I couldn't find it cheaper on eBay. I didn't check Discogs tho. The other copies I saw were around $15+, but there were some cheap ones on Discogs, I just checked. The ones you saw might have been ECD's, but from another country since The Fame had it's own edition for almost every zip code or city in the world. lol. Well I've been a fan since the beginning, but I just started collecting, so i'm basically in the same ship as you haha. Some cheap items are the Judas and TEOG CD singles. Maybe the Applause CD single, for sure the Indian cardsleeve. You can find some cheap Gaga CD's every now and then on eBay as well. Feel free to PM me, I feel like it'll be easier haha.
