I've only seen MTN, Judas, TEOG, BTW and Applause to be sealed. German singles are never factory sealed except Born This Way and Just Dance Trendsingle. Christina - MTN Remixes and I guess the DWUW/Venus/Applause cardsleeves promos are fanmade too, as well as TF digipak.
