I told him if he didn't refund me today, I would open a case. Now he sent me this message and says he will ship it out tomorrow. The cut off date to open a case is 6/1. I think he just decided not to sell it to me because it sold for less than what he wanted. Ok I spoke with my supplier again and the other buy has not paid yet so it IS still available. The Sam exact one that you bid on, I am so sorry for the confusion. I will be driving to pick it up immediately and ship it expedited shipping first thing to tomorrow myself so that nothing confusion or any incident occurs. Sorry again I strive for excellence with my customers and have never had this problem with a supplier. 'My Supplier...' this USB has been discontinued for a long time now... there are no 'suppliers' that have them... and yeah he sounds like it ding go as high as he expected so attempted to swing it his way so he could re-list or something... if you don't get the USB within a week... open a case. He never had it in hand, I guess. Will I ever get one?! haha Hello, I am very sorry to inform you that after speaking with my supplier the Fame USB is no longer available. I greatly apologize for this inconvenience, I work with multiple suppliers and to my understanding he had already shipped the item but after meeting with him, there was some miscommunication. To resolve this problem I can either: A) issue a refund but it would not be until the 20th of this month( due to other pending sales) B) I can ship you a copy of the Born This Way USB drive AND the Fame Monster USB Drive and a copy of Porter Magazine with Gaga on the cover, AND a custom Lady Gaga OOAK Barbie :-) that is a huge value of savings. Please let me know what you choose. I know this is very inconvenient and again I greatly apologize.
