I think the ARTPOP girl and the red Jacket cover are US only, and the other two covers are international. Usually if you browse the other country's versions of eBay you can find things you wouldn't on your country's site. You just pay them and they ship it to you, it's so easy But here in Brasil we have to pay a lot of taxs to pay. Like If the product pass 50 bucks we need to pay 60% from it just of taxs.
