Basically the label says its a promo copy from the record label. The label itself is raised, but not a sticker. I tried to scratch at it and it wont budge. The barcode on the back is holepunched through, and the booklet inside doesn't have a glossy finish, or the same feel as the regular album does. I bought a lot of used CDs on eBay, and it was in there. Literally like a lot of 10 pop cds from a CD wholesaler. The rest of them are regular. So with the whole you can't sell it in stores. Its nothing special , its just the way how they made album promos these days without printing extra ones.
