Lady Gaga voice work for Kanye’s Glow in the Dark tour?

I was recently watching clips from the Kanye West Glow in the Dark tour. I noticed some familiar voice work that sounds like it came from Gaga. It is very similar to her Fame Ball and Enigma tour interludes. This was around 2008 and right before Kanye and Gaga would go on (the now canceled) Fame Kills tour. I couldn’t find any documentation on who it was.

I agree sometimes it sounds like her FameGa voice but sometimes the voice is completely different so idk

It does sound like a mixture of her voice and others as well...but it's also heavily edited and I don't think any credits were given to Gaga or mentioned ever before so this would be strange to lend vocals to interludes for no apparent reason...

It sounds a bit like just a generic female robot voice 

the possibility is if these were outtakes from Fame Kills or something 

but then why would Gaga not have used them for herself

When its pitched it sounds very similar to Gaga's voice but you can tell it's different as the video progresses.
