Britney reveals she is scared of her father - Judge does not suspend Jamie

The judge has revealed she will not suspend Jamie Spears today.

This comes after Samuel Ingham revealed in court that multiple times Britney has told him that she is scared of her father and will not work while Jamie is in charge of her career.

"It is no secret that the relationship between Britney and Jamie has been contentious.. Jamie has continued for years now to impose unreasonable and debilitating demands on Britney"

Lynne Spears stated she also wishes for Jamie Spears to be removed and for Bessemer Trust to become sole conservator of Britney's Estate.

Jamie Spears referred to Britney as 'race horse' and should be treated as one.

The hearing is set to continue on December 16th
