Eighteen 5,430 Posted November 10, 2020 Share Posted November 10, 2020 i've been watching bill maher say for years that trump isn't gonna leave and here it is lol. actually, on election night and the day after, i honestly thought that the trump administration would go out with a whimper, because trump's fascist speech during the vote count seemed to emerge into a fizzle, with nobody seeming to tow that line. but then i saw that most republicans remained quiet on the election results and immediately realized that they're probably gathering like they always do developing their uniformed (and fascist) talking points. these republican lawmakers who are standing on the fence and enabling trump are just fascist, that's the bottom line. they. are. fascist. and if i hear another thing about about footballers kneeling being unpatriotic or progressives being unamerican because socialist or whatever, seriously, FASCIST, they are ****en fascists. fascist. fascist. fascist. the most unamerican thing you could ever be. ****en fascists. i can't say it enough. but i guess i agree with van in the sense that you gotta be strategic. people don't like hearing the truth. you have to bamboozle them because they're ****en idiots and can't say, UH, you know you're supporting a fascist right?? cause it doesn't mean anything to these people. i agree with van in the sense that you gotta use broad talking points (and idk if that'll even work tbh, because "every vote counts" and "the majority of votes should pick the winner" has been coopted by trump supporters who believe that the election is fraudulent, these words mean ENTIRELY different things to different people because people are living in different worlds--one in REALITY and one in ****en delusional town). eh. i got nothing more to say. (edit) actually i got one more thing to say. i know i wrote that they're fascist on here because i think we all know it at this point, and i believe that 99 percent of americans on here are liberal. but prolly don't use it in real life toward trump supporters because i don't think it's helpful. it's the ****en truth. but it's unhelpful. they just turn off to it. you gotta baby these assh*les and do all those things van jones said and that's pretty much the end of it. McConnell and anyone with half a brain knows there isn’t going to be a court decision which gives Trump 10,000 votes in each of three different states (30,000 votes total). But they also know that if they keep it to the courts, that stops the nutcases from taking it to the streets and starting a civil war over this. Trump will not leave office peacefully. He will probably hold on to power up until the moment two burly secret service guys grab him and carry him outside of the White House. The government won't care about his feelings or opinions, and the only thing more embarrassing for him than losing this election would be him being physically dragged out of the White House. He'll be salty af and he'll never admit that he lost, but he'll be left no choice but to concede, probably in a bitter, toddler-like way. It went up on youtube two weeks ago, so presumably he, and everyone at CNN, and everyone at Fox, and every senior Democrat and Republican knew before the election that Trump would try to pull this stunt if Biden didn't win a landslide.
