Of course, but this assumes Biden doesn't continue to cushion his lead from the mail in vote that's still left and being counted. It’s one thing to say “based on the remaining votes and the current margin Trump has, this should flip Blue” and another thing to say “based on the votes counted in GA, Biden has the lead”. More to the point, there’s no reason why PA won’t flip blue, but it’s not real quite yet. Biden leads by NV and the remaining votes will increase his lead.
