Gagaloo911 12,959
The talking up of Biden barely pulling this off as somehow this huge success, yet no mention of these moderate, centrist Democrats who LOST up and down the ballot, costing the Democrats members in the House that shouldn't have even been play, and preventing them taking the Senate. This election was a rejection of the Democratic Party leadership. I mean it lost to a tool like Susan Collins and corrupt criminal like John Cornyn. That's embarassing. And if your takeaway is that this was a success and the strategy to use going forward, we can just goodbye to the Democrats' chances of ever taking the Senate again, as well as their House majority in 2022. So clearly they will vote for a President that doesn’t represent the policies they want. Career politicians fail in both parties. It’s how we got Trump. But Democrats won’t revive the party or start winning with an AOC like figure either. Also can we start being honest here? Biden is taking PA, NV and maybe even Georgia and likely AZ. Along with taking back the upper Midwest from Trump. That is not a small margin FFS. Trump is packing his bags due to Black voters coming out for Biden. Because guess what, they don’t want people like Bernie. Neither do the Latino voters, so going further left won’t get them on board. I really feel like young far lefties are now sad they can’t complain about Trump anymore so Biden not doing good enough in their eyes is their new thing to cuddle up to. What they should focus on in the future to win are probably people like Buttigieg, he handles Fox news extremely well, ofc depending on Harris‘ job as a vice president since she could really shine with the vice-presidency. I feel like these two were the most notable coming out of this.

caulixtla 2,170
OK, here’s the deal with GA. Technically, all precincts have been counted for Clayton county but mail-in ballots are still being counted. We don’t know how many are left. Right now, we need around 93,000 for Biden in Clayton county to win GA. The number is 91,072 right now. Here’s the source: https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/GA/Clayton/105401/web.264614/#/summary?v=269526%2F We only need 1,267 more to beat Trump. Come on, Clayton, you have more votes to count. Keep on counting! My music: https://caulixtla.com/music

What in the world are you talking about? This is why the left gets so angry with the center. You get exactly what you want, over and over and over again, and you fail, over and over and over again, and the answer is ALWAYS to move further to the right. Always. You never learn anything, you constantly insult and belittle and disenfranchise the left, and lose, or massively underperform, and then you blame the left anyway. The last massively popular president the Dems had, Obama, ran as an unabashed progressive in his campaign. You tried exactly what you're claiming now ever since, and it's resulted in absolute catastrophe. Biden is barely eeking out a win against one of the most worst, most unpopular presidents of all time. Someone who just killed 250,000 people with a pandemic that's continuing to explode all over the country. After we were told that he was the only one we could vote for in the primary because he was the only way we could guarantee a "blue wave" and capture the Senate, despite the fact that that meant giving up on every policy we actually wanted and he ultimately proved to be poison for down-ballot races. When the Democrats lost 10 seats in the House and aren't going to take the Senate like they hoped to, even after blowing hundreds of millions of dollars on races that went nowhere, all but guaranteeing that absolutely nothing will be accomplished over the next four years. I have no idea why I let myself get invested in these back-and-forths with people who have no interest hearing anything other than standard, conventional wisdom, even when it's just failed spectacularly right in front of them. It's like talking to a brick wall. I am so tired of arguing with Center Dems.

If we can find 2,000 votes anywhere in GA, Trump will lose it, but right now Trump has the edge in GA. It’s recount land, but he is ahead. Edit: People are claiming it’s off GOODNESS this election... I REALLY HOPE this means Biden's able to get more votes in GA and win, even if it's a recount-warranting lead. We can do this. I also NEED NV and PA to come through in the meantime. Everything is just now getting back on track but it's sad that all of this had to happen and during election year. Democrats got really lucky exploiting a pandemic and providing no solutions of how to conquer it. Just sit back and watch everyone else do the work then take credit for it later.” This is what people don't understand. It took a literal pandemic, and Trump's failed handling of it to get a milquetoast Center Dem into the White House. The strategy is a fail.

It may seem scary rn, because of Latin America's very conservative past, but I think the left will definitely begin to bloom there, after conservatives begin to die or get voted out of office. I sincerely think far-right nuts like Bolsonaro are their last hurrah. The problem is... people ignore that he is a left-wing president they voted for him because last time PRI (right-wing) won and they did absolutely NOTHING. People were angry and wanted PRI and PAN out, so they voted for the third possible option. Drop it
