Just eyeballing this chart from a NYT screenshot, the slope of the scissors is getting steep enough in GA that they will cross before we hit 98% (100% is the end of the dashes on the right, and 98% is the end of the solid lines). So unless there’s a lot of red stuff not counted which changes the line’s slope, we have GA. It’s only about 1% at this point. Still over half a million left (probably closer to 700-800k) and they're going for over 70% Biden. Makes sense! My country's first constitution explicitly limited voting to free rich men, but the american system hides better its antidemocratic character.
