It's not happening, I'm sorry and I hate to break it to you. The partisan divide has been been set, and the divisions were going to grow and continue regardless of who won this election. And this will continue to be the case until the fundamental rot of American society through it's grotesque inequality, corporate power, and money in politics is addressed in a meaningful and fundamental way. The one silver lining is that AZ is entering the blue column, and GA could flip blue for the first time since 1992. On the other hand, it looks like FL is getting redder and redder. The rust belt is quite red: It’s a squeaker there when the national popular vote looks to be about 10 points ahead for Biden. Hopefully, the 2020 census will give fewer EVs to conservative states so we don’t need a 10% popular vote edge to elect someone president.
