Yes, it's almost assuredly almost all from the latino vote. That said, it's a little complicated because the latinos are not a monolith. In places like Florida, maybe the socialist branding by Trump is the cause. However in places like Texas and Nevada I would say it's actually the dem platform as a whole that doesn't address their needs. (i.e. the bernie wing policies were what the latinos liked not what biden was offering; it's one of the reasons bernie stomped biden in nevada).
