They didn't. This is disastrous, and Biden isn't even prepared to lead for another 4 years. I think the original plan was to comfortably win a trifecta and have Biden step down in 2024 and endorse Kamala. Now it's a mess. The Democratic Party is lost. Former First Lady of the United States.
