It's a kind of weird (and fruitless) strategy imo, but it's something she does a lot when it comes to fashion - dressing for the audience she wants to influence and attract. Just look at the 'I'm voting for Biden' video. It's very... 'Hey potential could-be Trump voters, look at me!'
