The directorial choices are perfection. I suppose it's left open to interpretation if he's been resurrected at the end, as that seemed to be the suggestion with the reflection in the eye and the brief visual of him on their level. My only question is that is the painting of those sisters how they looked before surgery or post-surgery and this is one of their multiple facelifts?
