New music as in another stand-alone single or are we finally getting an album? "De Qué Sirve" deserved more :grr:

New album I'd hope. Deseo just turned two and I highkey loved that era, despite it being messy.

Not sure but as far as it's known she's still unsigned to a label. Plus she said the music industry is changing and albums aren't important that much. On the other hand, Tu y Yo with Raymix did very well both on the charts and on YouTube.

Messy in what sense? Dame Mas has a music video and Universal Music refuses to release it.

No idea why but Paulina said that she'll most likely eventually gonna leak for the fans. Universal has set her career back several times. Glad she's no longer with them.

Just the roll out. As you said, not necessarily her fault. The scattered singles and 3 1/2 year lead time to the album drop is just hard for any artist to manage. She gave us a lot (great album, great videos, a deluxe edition where every song is a 10/10 for me), which is why I love it. Also, I was supposed to see her Deseo Tour in DC and she had to cancel, which was such a bummer cause I saw Gloria Trevi that Friday and was supposed to see Pau on Sunday. I would've loved to have seen them both on the same weekend.

Yeah. She should've released the album after the release of Mi Nuevo Vicio, which was a successful, certified single.

Yea, and I say that cause I know many songs were already written/recorded when Mi Nuevo Vicio dropped (Cuanto Te Quieras for example). Now, I enjoyed Suave y Sutil and some of the later additions, but it's just impossible to relaunch an era after that long so it really didn't get the love it and it's video deserved.

Not the first time Universal Music fucked up a Paulina era. Remember how they ruined Brava! by literally ignoring hits on the album and not release them as singles? Heat of the Night charted on Billboard for weeks despite the fact that it wasn't even a single and didn't receive any promo. They ruined Paulina's 2nd potential US crossover.
