And even then it's not our place to judge, especially when only based on one Instagram post. That did not belong in choreography for Lady freaking Gaga. Its like the more he works with Jojo Siwa, that Zach Zilla kid, and some children's program I saw him doing, the more spastic/kiddie/juvenile he makes Gaga choreography. Gaga loves Richy and she's comfortable with him. So unless he actually does/says something unforgivable, he's never going anywhere unless he quits to do other things or personal reasons.
