Zynga and Lady Gaga raise awareness of mental health in Words with Friends

Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and Zynga have partnered to raise mental health awareness for World Mental Health Day through the Words With Friends social mobile game. In light of isolation and other challenges brought on by the pandemic, Zynga and the foundation want to make sure people struggling with mental health challenges know others care about them and are available to help.

Mental health is an important issue for me that I'll never stop preaching about. I've been through alot in my life and now I always think about what someone is going through before I judge them. I believe it's important to help people in their darkest times. 

I love that the foundation do things like this and I play this game alot.

And in such an approachable way too! They truly understand that sometimes people just need a small reminder in their daily lives like a detail in a popular mobile game and it can make an enormous impact
