It's the fact that the tweets are either hilariously vague ("Law & Order!"), patently absurd ("Save the 2nd Amendment" / "Religious Liberty" when no one is trying to abolish those things), or changes that he has been promising for five years and hasn't achieved ("Bigger & Cheaper Healthcare", "Biggest Tax Cut Ever").
