sethrb101 4,523
Hey guys, I just recently started getting into collecting vinyl and I'm just wondering what your guys' experiences are with Gaga's albums if you have them as well. So far I've gotten the Urban Outfitters TF/TFM bundle, Born This Way, and A Star Is Born. I also may or may not have recently purchased an original ARTPOP release and am waiting for it to arrive I will get Joanne soon and wait for Chromatica to be released properly on vinyl. Anyways, my main question is how your guys' experiences with sound quality has been. My TF/TFM bundle sounds excellent. My ASIB pressing sounds pretty good as well, although the packaging is too big for no reason. On the other hand, my BTW pressing seems to have some slight surface noise. I ordered from Amazon and my first copy came with the first disc's hole too small and popping at the beginning of both sides. Therefore, I got a replacement and the same popping persisted but at least the hole was big enough, so I kept that one. Overall, BTW just seems to be a little bit of a lower quality pressing despite the great packaging. Do you guys have similar experiences?
numb the flame 7,321
Imo, I think CTC, Joanne and ASIB have sounded the best on vinyl as it's mostly live instrumentation whereas everything else as it's electronic it just doesn't seem to sound as good. SpookyKid 15,151
My BTW vinyl sounds just fine ASIB is the best one tho imo, it sounds so crisp I still have to get TFM and Chromatica but I'm a broke bitch, so maybe in 2 or 3 years Life has a hopeful undertone |-/
