Not only a transgender as minister but also: - an inclusive coalition agreement - Belgium as a pioneer of LGBTQIA+ rights - attention to LGBTQIA+ persons in asylum and migration - action plan against discrimination and hatred - legislation on gender registration is being adjusted - establishing a federal human rights institute The conservatives are very mad right now though. If they succeed, people will have no reason to vote conservative. If they don't, 2024 is going to be a shitty year. There is a base of 20% in Flanders that would vote conservative no matter what sadly.
