After battling many years recently with dementia, Helen Reddy has died at the age of 78. She had 7 studio albums certified either gold or platinum during her career; her most famous song is "I Am Woman", a song that defined much of the women's liberation movement in the 1970s. Moreover, we also lost famous country and pop singer Mac Davis on September 29th at age 78 following heart surgery. He had 4 studio albums certified either gold or platinum during his career. Outside of his singing career, he was also a songwriter. One of the famous songs he wrote was "In The Ghetto", made popular by Elvis Presley.
