I'm not sure where you are in Florida but down here especially in Spanish markets there is one Biden attack ad and one Trump favorable ad in EVERY commercial break. That two Trump ads in every break vs one Biden ad. I'm just glad Democrats have raised over $100 million in the days after RBG's death. They are more mobilized than ever before. Also they must have learned from Bernie's failure in the primaries to not levy heavy attacks on Biden. I think he's waiting for the debates. Not saying it'll work since no one cares about them this time and also because everyone is also decided (basically), but I think that's it. Thing is, he can't really attack Biden without drawing criticism to himself. If he mentions Hunter Biden, it'll bring attention to his impeachment (and also his own incredible nepotism). He keeps trying to pin COVID and riots on Biden...while Trump himself is the president this happened under. He's just too stupid and his stupid is catching up to him now. He could still win, but this is why he isn't on the attack as much. He's VERY vulnerable. Also he *is* doing attack ads but they are...really poorly targeted. Like, idk who tf is his strategist but they must want him to lose because the placement of the ads is bizarre and wasteful of money. Someone's got to be pocketing this change (but we knew that already).

Someone's got to be pocketing this change (but we knew that already). There are arguments that Trump can make on Trade. Trump can push Biden on Iraq. Trump can push Biden on cutting social security (yes, im aware he's basically said he wants to cut them too but fact is Biden has spent his career trying to do the same). There are valid arguments that Trump can make but he's stuck on the socialism.

What do you mean that they learned not to levy heavy attacks on Biden? They learned the wrong lessons. In the primary I told you and many others that they were going to say socialist regardless of the nominee. That's what they've done. That's why they will lose because voters know Biden is not a socialist. They know he's not even a progressive. But they do know that he won't be embarrassing beyond his inability to be consistent with speaking. But at the end of the day it's also the administration. People know Trumps administration are crooks. Biden's administration will have crooks too but Biden's administration isn't going to be so haphazardly about it and say the quiet parts out loud. Biden will have a team that knows how to do the tap dance and not reveal that their agenda isn't as good as they say it is.

People were polled an the number one concern for them was the economy followed by law and order. All other issues fall after that. So Biden needs to attack Trump's economy and his terrible law and order record. I think third was Covid if I go back I can't remember off hand. That's why Trump's ads are so effective in FL and AZ. Helxig 45,337
You guys are gonna go into a major recession, the wage gap will continue to widen until you have slums, you’ll be going to more wars, there will be someone terrible put in the Supreme Court, you’ll lose all your rights (especially lgbtqia, poc, etc). Just goes to show how important it actually is to vote I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
Chic 20,830
AOC said when they talk about 'likely voters' in polls, they aren't including young people as much as they are older people, does this remain true here?

I think that you're wrong on how Biden should move forward though. I think Biden should expand and talk about what he's going to do for people, not what to vote against. Most people who are voting for Biden are voting for him because they are voting against Trump. Biden's not going to win more voters by getting them to vote against Trump. At this point if there's anyone undecided and willing to vote for Biden, they need a reason to vote for him. Biden should be talking about how he's going to have an open economy that is safe and how he will use the federal government to build the economy out again (jobs program, stimulus, help for small businesses, increase minimum wage). And with regard to Law and Order, all Biden has to do is say that as VP he has experience keeping the peace without bringing militarized forces into cities and that people won't have to live in fear on the streets. Simple as that.

Franch Toast 27,737
Eh, there are other states aside from Arizona and Florida anyway. Biden can win without taking those states. He's spending a lot of time focusing on the midwest, which Hillary didn't. I'm in a swing state that went to Trump last time, and I'm pretty sure Biden will get it this time. My 71-year-old stepfather has never voted in his life, but yesterday he registered to vote and requested an absentee ballot. He said I persuaded him. There is hope.
