But they also make sure that their stomach is always half full and never full, so if you eat 6 sushi rolls and you feel full, thats not the way they do it. They make sure they stop eating once the hunger goes away. Then they have a soup to digest, for snack, a tea full of antioxidants, I think for dinner they also eat something very soft and light, again stopping once they're not hungry anymore.
