In this scene she almost seems annoyed that she's being pulled back, maybe a small part of her was ready to die, and the rose was that part of her. She shakes the hands on her heart on the break of the song and then she wears the black flower outfit who represents her coming death on a black scenary who represent night/ the crime/ accident that happens, but again the doctor tryied to save her and then she woke up. The rose represents the afterlife; in the afterlife nothing hurts and everything is heavenly.
