Honestly Paparazzi is one of her best! I think 911 is her best since Paparazzi. G.U.Y., MTN and Applause are of course really good, and Bad Romance is iconic, but I think Paparazzi and 911 are the best artistically.

911 is absolutely her best music video. I never thought she'd be able to top Bad Romance, Judas, GUY, or Marry the Night..... but DAMN she rlly did

Bad Romance. The grandeur of the song, choreo and out of this world costumes. The cinematography is there. It made me think what Lady Gaga really is as a pop star...and eventually i realized that i cannot. She's a chameleon, ever changing. It's the real pop music cultural reset, and it happened when Gaga was on the spotlight. It also has a story and a twist in the end. She is still now, but she shares it with a few big pop artists now. 

911 is definitely in my top5. What for me lacks in 911 is a factor in cinematography, maybe color grading? Not so sure, but the rest is mindblowing.

Here's what I think about Gaga's music videos. There are 3 types of Gaga music video. The 1st is the Diva kind of vibe, like Bad Romance, Rain on me, Judas; and the 2nd type that tells a story, like telephone, Marry the night, 911, Paparazzi; the last kind is just a music video that doesn't appear to have a theme, like the edge of glory, Eh Eh, Perfect Illusion. Bad Romance is the classic from the 1st type I described. For me, rain on me is 2nd to BR but close to it. 911, in my opinion, is the best from the 2nd type, outstanding storytelling packed in only 4 minutes. Paparazzi and telephone are both good, but much longer in length.
