Holding The Man 2015 - Must see LGBT themed movie

Has anyone seen this movie?. If not, hurry up. But do grab tons of tissue paper before you start with this.

I am just moved after seeing this movie. I am just gonna post this and sleep. I feel so many different emotions right now and I know it's gonna take me days before I can process everything that I am feeling right now. One of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. It's so genuine, heartbreaking and beautifully. Landed straight in top 10 movies of all time for me. It's gonna change me fundamentally as a person on so many levels and for sure make me a better human being. OMG. I didn't want this movie to ever stop. So many lessons learned today and I am thankful for everyone involved in this project. Tim & John forever . I would suggest everyone to watch this at your own free time. 

Its slightly longer than 2 hours but feels like eternity while watching it. I later found out it's based on true story. If anyone knows movie like this, please suggest.

Does it have a happy ending? I only watch gay movies which end on a positive note because I find it sickening how so many LGBT-related media ends in tragedy. I am not here for that and it does not support a healthy way of thinking when LGBT people are more prone to mental health issues anyway.
