What surprised me is the stoic look of her mother while she explains to her what she went through. I just felt no emotion coming from her

I watched it and it was very interesting. A couple points im like  but then it changed. I was upset to see her abusive boyfriend thou ruining a big career moment (tomorrowland) but im gladd she got her voice and helped others get their voice about that school.

Everyone reacts differently to things, plus there’s camera on her, plus i’m sure they spoke more beyond what was shown.

Kathy has ALWAYS been this way towards Paris. That's why Kyle or Kim don't talk to Kathy. She's dismissive and shady. 26:40

Thank god she dumped him. He seemed dumb and insecure, acted like a teenager

Honestly what’s the point of having kids if you just don’t wanna take care of them anymore if they aren’t up to your standard or behaved

thats your fault as a parent

What that shows a child is you don’t care enough about them to put in the effort and you’d rather pay someone else to do it “by whatever means necessary”

Child at 16: “mom I’ve experienced something that has caused me trauma”

Mom: “oh lol sure whatever, you’ll get over it stop being dramatic”

Same child at 20: “mom I’ve experienced something that has caused me trauma”

Mom: “oh my god honey, that’s terrible. why did you never tell me about this”

:bear:

please enlighten me to death

I did not saw the full doc before commenting.. It's awful that such places exist. I wish this was dismantled by now and that people actually gave a f about the thing P did with telling her story.

You can feel through half of the documentary she has a point to make and by the end/ last tier you get to fully understand what it is...

hello hello baby.
