Chromatica filler

Zero fillers.

every song on here tells a story and works in tandem with the others.

if you took Sour Candy, Fun Tonight, Plastic Doll (or whatever other song y’all crazy ppl think is a filler lmao), then the album would be incomplete.

Y’all are just picking your least favorite and calling them “filler” when thematically the album wouldn’t be as cohesive as it is without those songs.

That Gaga, and most women, have two sides - one that’s harsh and hard to get along with and one that’s loving and soft. Much like how Gaga and Blackpink sing, Gaga sings kinda harsher and Blackpink has the bubblegum pop sound. And it fits the album because Gaga is exploring how she feels as a person and probably thought that she was one or the other but she learned that she can have both of those qualities.

I’ll never get why anyone thinks Plastic Doll is a filler, the song is so beautiful yet sad, and I can feel the pain in her voice when she says it hurts her, it’s my favorite off Chromatica.

REALITY

I have a problem with the word "filler" because it implies that Gaga just put the song on the album because she didn't know what else to do. And we know that's not how Gaga makes her albums. If you wanna say it's a "skip," fine, but the word "filler" just doesn't sit well with me.

Either way, Chromatica doesn't have a single song on the album that either doesn't belong or is a bad song.

Fun Tonight and 1000 Doves are gems! I hope she makes them singles so that I can see y'all squirm :triggered:

And to expand that, I'd say that they want someone who will love them for all of their qualities and not try to fix them but instead will take the time to get to know them.

See the following lyrics:

If you wanna fix me then let's break up here and now

and

I'm hard on the outside, but if you give me time, then I could make time for your love

There are lots of fillers imo. Stupid Love, Rain On Me, Free Woman, Fun Tonight and Sour Candy. Without them Chromatica would be a cute EP.

Why is everyone saying Sour Candy sounds like a BP song? Have you listened to BP's music? :air:

SC has the same house sound as Alice and Enigma, but maybe the lack of a drop makes you feel like it doesnt have a dance element to it.

Plastic Doll sounds like a song that could be on Witness. 1000 doves is good but kinda weak, the piano version is beautiful though. Sine From Above has the best moment in the whole album (the breakcore at the end) but the rest sounds like a RuPaul song or something.
Justice for Fun Tonight!!!!
