Voters predict Trump will win debates

A USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll indicates: 

A greater share – 47% – predicted Trump will win the debates than the 41% who said Democratic candidate Joe Biden will.

That’s despite the fact that only 33% of respondents who watched at least some of the conventions said the political events made them more likely to support Trump; 37% said the conventions made them less likely.

Independents picked Trump over Biden as the likely winner of the debates by 10 percentage points: 47%-37%.

While 79% of Democrats predicted their presidential nominee will come out on top in the debates, 87% of Republicans said Trump will.

Yeah, Trump's probably gonna crush him. It's a shame because Biden was a pretty good debator in past elections, but his showing in the Democratic debates this year and last doesn't give me much confidence.

If they can get a live fact checker like his campaign suggested, I think it's be a little bit better for him.

Its better that they have low expectations on Biden, makes it easier for him to do as good as he has been doing in recent speeches.

Although I must say that its very dumb to try and predict how trump will do. He is in a completely different situation than in 2016 where HRC couldnt do much more that calling him a russian puppet and that kind of stuff, since he wasnt a politician, it wasnt easy to bring in info that hurt him. This time, Biden needs to bring receipts, challenge Trump on his wrongdoings, on the things he has proven to be dumb at, etc.

As I have said on every election thread, there are too many factors involved this time, this election is completely unpredictable.

That would help a lot since Trump relies so much on outright lying and saying whatever he thinks suits him best in that moment
