I wonder if it's not actually a child, but an animal. I don't know how a child would be alive for that long with no water. You can survive for a while without food, but isn't it like a week without water?

Yes I do find it odd actually....

"An article in Archiv Fur Kriminologie states the body can survive for 8 to 21 days without food and water"

Could explain why there's now a faint heartbeat, it will disappear if help doesnt come quick....

It is definitely surreal, but since they detected them with advanced technology and managed to count their heartbeats then it's almost definitely accurate. I just hope they manage to extract them from under the rubble soon and alive.

Didn't the miners who were stuck in a mine in Chile survive 69 days or something like that without food or drink too? In expectational cases it seems to happen. I hope they're really alive under there and they survive this.

Maybe the child was playing on the rocks a couple of days ago and got stuck? Its hard to believe hes in there since the bomb.

Oh my goodness, I hope they can rescue that poor child in time and get the child the help needed to recover both physically and mentally. She/he/they is going to have severe PTSD.
