Also, that’s exactly what why people ate anything and everything back then, they would starve otherwise. What is your point? What is your point? You tried claiming the reason why we're omnivores is because there were no supermarkets and that we were stupid and ate any scrap of "roadkill" we could find otherwise we would have starved... MY point was that we actively hunted for animals because it's a natural and primal instinct, and our bodies know what it needs for it to survive to carry on the species. We never ate meat because ~we didn't know about nutrition~ and because there were no Walmarts around lol It's one thing to say you're vegan for ethics, health concerns etc, but to say we were never meant to eat meat/we're not omnivores... That's all I'm defending, otherwise I couldn't care less about your veganism

Everything is fine, I eat plenty of omega-3 sourced foods, take vitamins B-12 so I don't lack anything. A vegan diet doesn't lead to cognitive malfunctions, malnutrition does. I guess she was missing sea-food. That amazing to hear but unfortunately being vegan doesn't always work for everyone. I tried it for 6 months and my body got very messed up. I tried everything and also went to a professional vegan doctor who told me to stop and re introduce meats at least in 4 meals weekly as my body requires it to function. Jay.P 2,336
The title makes it seem that her brain wasn't functioning properly when she made the decision to go vegan. Do you hear that? It's poison.

Glamourpuss 29,062
I have been a vegetarian for most of my life and I've been gradually moving towards veganism. As an experiment I recently started adding dairy products to my diet because I see so many people say they felt better when they went back to animal products and I just wanted to know if there was some truth to it, and I wanted to see if they would help me feel better. I didn't eat meat just dairy products like yogurt, cheese and milk and I think they have made me feel so much worse. I used to bounce around with energy and now I need several naps a day. I can 100% say that animal products are not for me so I will be going back to a more vegan diet and will soon be stocking up on lots of nutritious food that contain all the nutrients I need. Your body doesn't need meat, it needs nutriments. While there are a lot of them in all sorts of meats, we can also find the exact same needs in plant-based products (only B-12 has to be taken as a complement). I'm sorry to hear it wasn't a positive experience for you.
Quentin 5,958
I've been vegetarian for more than 2 years and a half; that did not affect anything It's for animal well-being and for the planet, as meat is the most polluting thing on Earth Follow every rainbow till you find your dream
RodeckDanny 2,450
I am a pescatarian and it's so easy! I really recommend it cause being a healthy vegan is so hard (not impossible) Quitting Meat (pork, chicken, beef) is SO GOOD!!! I never went again to Mcdonalds or Burger king cause I couldn't eat almost anything there and my body and skin are So thankful! I eat fish and eggs at least 3 times a week and the rest is just veggies and other vegetal proteins/carbs! Listen to my debut pop single 'Want You Bad'! Guest
I stopped eating meat a long time ago but I do eat fish for the most part, two times a week, I eat eggs, i have rice, quinoa, vegetables, i feel like it's very important that u eat fish, eggs etc, but meat is just to me so useless. Chicken is fine but with moderation. Veganism is not for everybody, it's very mathematical and precise in your portions and what the good proteins are, where to find them, how much you have to eat them to be able to have the same benefits of eating meat, it's not easy, a lot of vegan have supplements but the vegans who are much more thorough and who researched this for a very long time and have a knowledge about nutrition, they know what to eat, how much, and the right portion in a week. It's definitely not something you can become overnight and without the help of a professional. Ill settle with being a half-time pescarian
