Idk what triggered such a defensive statement but please keep your resentment towards vegans elsewhere than in my mentions. She is spreading misinformation on radio and I have every right to contradict with it.
HeavyMetalLover 16
I’m not sure I’ve ever met someone who’s vegan, since they tend to be really private and not broadcast their lifestyle. I feel like a vegan will only open up to you about their vegan personality - I mean lifestyle - once you really get to know them. Otherwise, it’s almost impossible to know for sure. Anyway. I love seafood and dairy. i don't remember ARTPOP

Knife 6,803
Sorry, I don't buy this. Just say that you missed eating seafood. Nobody's going to stone you to death. Homegirl has access to nutritionists, personal chefs, etc..if she can't make veganism work when regular people can.
OMonster 14,664
It's weird because I've been 'vegan' for about four years now and I've never taken supplements or anything. I eat a 'normal' diet... I think? I've never thought about it, though, and now I'm worried I never went 'vegan' because it was popular. I did it, without really knowing, because I really don't like the taste of meat or dairy. Then, overtime, I realised I had actually been eating an entirely 'vegan' diet for a long time and, as far as I am aware, have never been impacted by it. My diet is extremely repetitive (because of allergies) and I mainly eat oatmeal, vegetables, fruit, rice and pasta, along with gluten free cereals, biscuits and snacks, like crisps and popcorn. I don't eat a lot of sugar (by chance) and I don't eat candy. I sometimes ache... and I do get very bad migraines... but I think that's all stress-related, not food. I'm shocked to hear when people say that their lives have got worse because of not eating meat, ect. It made no difference to me, good or bad. Anyone have a similar experience? subtext / fantasy

hELXIG 42,644
On this topic... I'm vegetarian for 10 years, and I usually take vegetarian omega 3 capsules, but recently stopped because a lot of people are saying that taking omega 3 supplements actually doesn't help (also the vegetarian ones are so expensive vs fish oil ) can anyone help me with this? Because I always hated seafood so I definitely don't wanna introduce it back into my diet I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
