Court docs reveal Britney does not have a developmental disability

I was watching the Onyx Hotel Tour and the Stages documentary and I was getting so sad thinking about what happened to her just a few years later  Plus seeing her then and now is like a completely different person, which I guess is understandable after everything she's been through.

They've literally stole 12 years of her life

I do genuinely feel like each day we are getting closer to her freedom, the fact that now finally in legal documents they are even saying she has no developmental disability is a massive thing!

I can see why she’s pissed, those 12 years she wanted to settle down and begin her large family and it’s not like she can get those years back and her biological clock is ticking.

Of course she doesn't. Or the majority of us would be in a conservatorship. I certainly would bcs I have OCD, depression and anxiety disorder. Britney has a mental health issue as well we all know that but it doesn't justify a conservatorship this is the whole point that some people don't seem to understand. Having a mental breakdown cannot justify a conservatorship for 10 years let alone 1 month.

No this is not about a mental illness. People in conservatorships have to have a DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY which is a HANDICAP. Usually old people with alzeihmer, people who have a mental retardation, people who cannot live on their own for their whole lives, and the list goes on, you know the deal. This is a not about having bipolar disorder, GAD, OCD, depression, post-partum depression, schizophrenia, PTSD...

Ok thanx for explaining. We do have court files from years back showing that 3 doctors evaluated her and said she has no mental illness, but she "mimics" bipolar.

They were changing her medications and can clearly see so with her fluctuating weight especially in 2011. People look at the head shaving incident as a cry for help but really it was a F U to her team and mom who was urging her to get back to work. She intentionally wanted to destroy her image so they can back off her and let her take a break. Her hair is her trademark (also I think her hair was getting damaged anyways from all the extensions she had to wear and some candid shots shows bald patches so I think she was trying to wipe the slate clean as she started to rock her natural hair more as it was growing out. I’m sure many popstars are probably having similar like Beyoncé with the amount of tracks and weaves tugging on their natural hair, it’s not healthy)
