Its pretty clear once you notice that Gaga also does a separated final "eeeee" in her head voice. For me, Opening with the pole dance to the orchestral Chromatica II, as well as the Piano intro to Stupid Love gave it the extra oomph and theatrical element that paparazzi had too. Of course, in a different way. Because the message of Chromatica is much more happy than paparazzi. A lot of what was shocking about Paparazzi was how dark she got with it.
